This co is too much hyped, look at the increase in revenue and the net profit, the margin is nothing to crow. Be careful of the supply chain disruption could end up with losses.  Nothing in this company justify even half the pe.

To put it simple, the company' s financials are currently still driven by trading business, I don' t see any tech right now, and some tech stories the company is telling are not realistic and very difficult to realise. You know how much valuation to give for a trading business? I guess 5-8x P/E given local market profile. In this case, you can get how much profit they need to make for this business to catch up with current valuation. Again, if tech up stories can realize, that will be different. Tell me, what tech up projects can realize in 2-3 years? Shrimp production? maybe, but yet to prove it is cost-efficient and scale easily. Very early stage. Other tech up initiatives like blockchain? very much nonsense. Story is story, given current business status, it is extremely overvalued. Stop repeating the story the company tells, look what they have done and current market cap, definitely not a buy call. Only SELL

Oceanus is on the right path to succeed in business, I can only think of accumulating when opportunity availabile just like now. The naysayers have no shares now, encouraging others to sell down for them to buy at much lower price. They are waiiting for your to sell to them. Just evaluate your risks and returns. 99.9 % you will not lose your investment. KenLee      ( Date: 24-Aug-2021 13:16) Posted: No right or wrong and no need to argue. you are not wrong to judge a company with PE value.  just that most longist here takes mainly another approach in valuating this company.  I myself value this company as one a a few potential company that is able to grow well.  so what do i look out for?  1) A company with good leadership 2) A Company where leaders takes a stake in the company and genuienly want to grow. 3) A company with sustainable business model with unlimited potential  to add on to the above, the recent announcement regarding existing watchlist.  there are currenly 32 companies in watchlist and only Oceanus is applying for the exit.  and historically, Oceanus is also the 1st and only company that is doing that. doest that means nothing to you? do you not see the potential in this business?  It maybe over valued for now. so what? there are so many companies that is overvalued but share price is still growing by leap and bound.  share price is supposed to represent the future stock price. not the current stock price. else, alibaba will not be woth 160 now and Tsla is definatly not worth 700 with the current business.  i also agree that the fundamentals had not change. it is still a good company.  the only difference is, i choose to belive this company will keep growing.
