The irony here is that if Hankore remains significantly higher than the value of the conversion at around $0.70, major shareholders will challenge at EGM and likely to seek higher prices. I doubt they worried about retail players as collectively, they are not significant enough to vote it down.

Will revisit this stock again when it drops to 40cts or 30cts. Think this is the lowest. If go 40cts then all the shareholders will go and f@rk David chen at the EGM.
