Libya' s Sharara oilfield was shut on Sunday after a group blocked a pipeline linking it to an oil terminal, a Libyan oil source said. The field had only just returned to production, after a week-long stoppage ending in early April.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Im guessing. Banks like to use current market valuation. We like to use nav. CH grade c share, valuation at 70%, $1 value = 0.7% When u got private pty, banks give u 80% loan. When u have investment commercial pty, banks give u 70% loan. When u have investment industrial pty, some banks now dont even want to give u a loan. For shares, the loan to value ratio is probably 50% - 60%. When i run the numbers, its about 0.1 cents. Just my 2 cents!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Can worked out from FEG announcement that for that total CIMB loan of $56mil, FEG pledged about 560mil CHO shares.   So that is about 10cts per shares.   CHO is worth about 33cts but CIMB took such a big fat margin from FEG.   Is FEG really so desparate for cash? If Falcon continues to hold 65%, it is only worth $59mio (recognized value). The secondary market bond due is already $50mio, what do they have left for the CIMB loan that surfaced last weekend and the jack-up rig delivery in second quarter of 2017 (now)? The gem is CH Offshore. To be fair, why don' t they sell CH Offshore to existing Falcon investors at 13 cents. Norwegians Oilfield services operators based in Singapore will also be keen buy CH Offshore at > 13 cents. Who is the buyer Zhang Haibo?
