IF really no buyers, pls break up the group and sell everything, exit this subsidy programme once and for all. Made long time investors smile and singaporeans all winnersin NOL divestment, more billions for social spending. Let the big businesses go cries to their government for export support lol. By the way NOL US west coast inland logistic support infrastructure is quite extensive and might well explain why TH is asking for a big premium over it NAV.

Keep sideline and enjoy the NOL drama from far and watch the drama unfold regardless whether a sale go through or not, it good entertainment when market sentiment is low and bad time for trade. The worst part of stock trading is not losing coffee money  but the missed opportunity for windfall  when u sell to fear. Stock investing take guts rather than all the brain power in analysis and chart etc. Lady fortune favor the brave and reckless lol. Brave to go in when other fear for their life. Reckless to go full out while other trade conservative. Life is like that, when lady fortune come  u gonna go full out and grab it while it last.
