STI got strong support from bank sectors, it will chiong for last wave target 3380. As long as CAPL stay well above 3.05 for next 3 trading days, it will head up again for last wave towards 3.3-3.4. It will be good buy in range of 3.05-3.1 after ex-date. |

As of today, Capitaland only holds about 70% of CMA. It needs to raise the offer price to much higher like $2.60 to secure the deal and privatise CMA. |

Kudos to Capland' s CEO & mgmt team for taking CMA private, streamlining the complex capland, divesting unfruitful businesses/assets. These moves are forward looking and will boost ROE for share holders. After buying over capita mall asia, capland is now undervalued below $4! Any dip is a chance to buy, just look at the price today.... it quickly recovered from the low of 3.14 as buyers seized the opportunity to buy during any pull back. From next quarter, capland will enjoy the strong cash flow from CMA' s healthy rental income. Furthermore, capland' s many mega mixed developments in iskandar, china, Singapore are due for completion soon. In a weak property mkt, it' s a good move to give more discount to move unsold stock. Though margin is lower, cash is secured. Hope the mgmt will use the cash to buy back more shares from the open mkt, so as to prevent syndicates from pressing the price down ridiculously again. |

Capland and Temasek should take every opportunity to buy back capland' s stock from the market. Temasek keep buying foreign stocks instead of supporting Singapore names, then how do foreign Funds have respect for singapore companies? |

Fundamentally, I think acquisition of CMA provides some support to the share price and it will not fall like crazy. Technically, daily chart shows that it will break below 3.11 on ex-date, MACD turns down, RSI and K% will move down as well. BBands lower boundary will be around 2.92. Break of 3.05 may trigger further fall to 3 and then 2.92. If share price can stay firm above 3.05 for few days after ex-date, it may move higher again and target is 3.3, then 3.4. Weekly chart shows it is either over-bought or in lasting uptrend, share price movement in 1st week of May will give clear direction. Monthly chart shows CAPL is in early stage of uptrend. Short Term fluctuation is good for profit taking.

That' s good. The share price will fall more than 8c on Friday, so take profit first. US Fed got meeting tomorrow night. Today closing is 3.2, just touched the upper BBands. Big player pushed the price up and it may stay firm first half day tomorrow, may hit 3.23 and then fall in the afternoon back to 3.18.

i have 6 lots avg 3.165 now . stay and take dividend . Cost becomes 3.085 . Drop to $3 .. buy few more lots to add . Wait for price to go back to $3.18 to HUAT |

bought 4 lots average 3.19 yesterday and 6 lots average 3.15 today, overall average 3.166, i use dbs internet banking cash upfront account, trading cost is only 0.2%. It is profitable to sell at 3.2-3.23 tomorrow. Or else, just keep for dividend

Share Price may range bound between 3.18 and 3.23 tomorrow and probably closing at around 3.18 before ex-date. Friday opens at around 3.10. Downside after ex-date is unpredictable now. Will sell off all shares purchased these 2 days tomorrow.

Home alone: How Capitaland' s Singapore home sales shrunk an amazing 94%
Only 34 units sold in Q1 down from 544. If Capitaland is the canary in the Singapore new home mine, it' s hardly chirping at all. The cooling measures massacred sales and the company is having to slash prices to sell remaining units. According to OCBC, an anemic 34 residential units were sold in Singapore over 1Q14, down significantly YoY from the 544 units sold in 1Q13, due to continued headwinds in the domestic housing segment and a lack of new launches over the quarter. It has seen 106 units sold in Apr-14, mostly in Sky Habitat, as prices were lowered by an additional 10% to 15% versus initial launch levels. It is very bleak. Over in China, total residential sales in 1Q14 fell 48% YoY to 1.2k units though we also expect the rate of sales to increase ahead as the group looks to launch about 8k units over the remainder of FY14. __________________

bought in range 3.18-3.2, close steady at 3.19, may range bound 3.19-3.24 next 2 days, then head target 3.1-3.15 this Friday which is ex-date of 8c dividend. |
