x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yes.. it is not a strong rebuttal.  It will invite more questions to be asked.  Their rebuttal did not explain the jigs of the Bonitas' s report.    Hope they don' t fall into the trap of Bonitas.  For example,  they explained that their primary agent,  Changsha Best,  was not selling but accummulated lots of inventory to a tune of $34 millions     Indirectly,  BWL is also saying their products is not selling although BWL would like to tell the investors that Changsha Best was useless.  BWL also did not rebut about the [large sum of money] alleged to be transferred from Changsha Best to BWL when BWL terminated the Primary Agency.. Bonista asked [What kind of independent party pays nearly 100% of accumulated profits upon termination of its agency arragement? In our opinion, not an independent party].. Quite sure many investors are still pluzzed on how BWL can make so much profit for Direct Selling.. hope for the best performance for BWL in today' s trade..       pool100      ( Date: 09-May-2019 02:37) Posted: Read through BW' s rebuttal. They claim that their business isn' t MLM, but in my opinion, it definitely has to be MLM to have such numbers without direct selling activities at the shop fronts -  as pointed out by Bonitas. They can refute all they want, but I believe the law will catch up with them and uncover their MLM activities.

What i care is the product is selling like a hot cake and most probably is good or premium quality. Bonitas has provided free advertisement for BWL.

Not fair for forummers to compare it with Noble (Noble as huge debt, BW has only $1.4m debt compared to $170m cash). Noble raises equity and debt. BW raises none. Even huge injustice to compare with the infamous penny stocks. 3. Both ladies seem willing to give up their Honorary Doctorate to show they are willing to fight all the way. (If you realise they have changed from Drs to Mdm) They have grown too big. I have said before SGX is a small pond for salted fish. The ladies should delist BW and go Hk or China. Big trees invite strong wind. Stay with all other big trees. Price will GAP up fly through $1.8 and then $2 easily.

Look at Sino-Forest Corp, Olam,Noble, Midas, Blumont, Asiason, Liongold and recently Hyflux.....it is always the stubborn (who keep on averaging down) and gullible retail investors that got rip off badly.

BWL will be very careful on the franchisees or sales rep on if they are doing things ilegally if BWL does not aware of it before bonitas report which i believe BWL knew before the Report. Anyway is good. Since this is made known to public, BWL will be very cautious in its business execution in china.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	One thing good for BWL is that if individual franchisee or sales rep caught for doing things ilegally, the franchisee or sales rep will just write off and BWL can easily enter agreement another franchisee to patch it up. Futhermore, china authority first priority is targeting healtg supplement products which can cause society concern. Skin product is not their main focus in their enforcement.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Commissioned based sales is legal in China. BwL has draw a clear lune from itself from franchsees. They do not practise to pay bonus to recruitment of sales rep. They pay commussion based on sales made by franchisees and sales reps. If sales rep or franchusees imvolved in illegal recruirment activities such as forcing member rep to buy or pay a initial sum of product/fees which BWL is not training them to do so, they will face their own consequence for it if get caught. Which is logical to me as if a franchsee chose to do something deviate from franchiser guideline, BWL should not be responsible for it. Now the question is how many sales rep or franchisees are doing things ilegally. Not sure. If law catch them up, what will this impact BWL sales? Not sure.

I only hear of property as collateral, never hear about shares, which is volatile and harder to quantify the value. Pls substantiate this with figures. Hope u didnt short the shares, or be prepared to grab to cover when trading resumes.  Given the short positions, expect fierce short covering to ride the wave up. One good reason why resume trading after results is, in my humble opinion, the results must be good and the management does not want any unnecesarily further dumping of shares to affect its share prices.
