Looked pretty good actually. Operations robust and still have room for growth. Cost control a little problematic, but unavoidable given their scale. People have been investing in southeast asia for its potential growth. So this is a good proxy stock to ride on this sentiment. |

It's not doing well and making profits. Challenger as a retail listed stock is illiquid but performing well financially. Can take a look. | ||||

Agree, profit margin also increased. With so many investment and expansion, still give dividend. Management is quite confident at their business.

If you removed the once-off non-cash earning, this FY is probably a loss. Cashflow from operation has decreased from $55mil to $45mil to current $28mil. Not too bad but trend is worrying. PRC expansion is burning shitload of cash! Hopefully it can start to contribute to falling revenue. Dividend of 0.5cts is a huge disappointment after getting the market so used to its 5-6cts kind of payout. I expect price to drop soon so if tmr price went up, it may be an opportunity to exit but ofc you DYDD!

Company gave pretty good divend but the trend is downwards. FY - Fin div + Spec div 2012 - 3c.0ts 2013 - 2.7cts 2014 - 2.5cts + 3.0cts 2015 - 2.0cts + 4.0cts 2016 - ? + 0cts Since last Q4 their revenue has dropped 15% but total exenditure is sill high as before. This is straining their bottomline. I expect Q4 to be a loss but FY positive because of the huge non-cash earning registered in Q1. If there are still expenses to be spent for their PRC expansion, I expect their cash position to dropped significantly. There are no interim special div declared for this year and I expect final div to be at most 1cts. Could be zero if they need to preserves cash for their bsiness expansion.
