For normal commercial purpose of corporates, mgmt shld not have an issue transferring funds, although approval process might be more tedious. Forest city is abit different, depending on the clientale. For the corporates buying houses, it is more of speculation biz so transfer of funds might get stemmed. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Lol you guys very cute.  I don' t think the management will care about letting the cat out of the bag, esp when market has already priced in the deal so much, and probability of a no deal doesn' t seem  high. Likely no dividends if final bids will be accepted by end of May. Why bother with the administrative stuff if it doesn' t give more returns to shareholders?
