x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Actually I find him funny, cos he would expect this kind of respond from such forum and draw himself into unnecessary shelling at this point. Perhaps he is being disappointed by the div declaration himself n being sarcastic manner. In a few days, even though with smaller div declared, ppl will quickly adds up the updated cash pile n nav, that shd gives the share price better support, and also stronger mandate to buyback if necessary. This may turn out to be a more poaitive stance, give div annually ard 10 % to 15%, yet cash pile n nav on the uptick every quarter. Rarely find such yield.

Worse scenario for those who buy high this year: if you  buy lets say 10k shares at 50cents, Div you collected is already 9c excluding the coming one.in Nov mkt price closing today 40c, you can sell your 10k shares and not earn anything and even lose very little. if you not happy. but for people who have collected since last year around 20c ~ 30c, now already in profits. if not happy still can sell.
