no doubt.. but it will be a slow and gradual journey towards 1.6 in 2018.. for those who bought at 1.2x level safe. can keep , collect div and see some capital gain in 2018 (unless market crashes)

2018 full results should be very much better compared to 2017. - recurring income from mall rental business - rapidly declining loss from TG - international mall revenue and profit outstripping drop in domestic mall revenue/profit - absense of one-off impairment loss (as was seen in 2017 Q4 which wiped out almost all the EPS for the whole year) |

Singpost reacted to news that govt is looking to tax Amazon and lazada. which may slow e-commerce locally. But how much e-commerce is contributing to Singpost is still very small. So looks like its just a knee jerk reaction. Taxing Amazon , I believe will affect Amazon botttomline , but will not stop people from shopping online. ( unless there is a GST tax on individual items bought online ). Next few days will see Singpost on firmer footing.......DYOHW |

despite Dow was down by 1000 points or 4% last night, and XD today, Singpost only closed 1 cents down today (from $1.44 to $1.43). this clearly shows that a lot of buyers are waiting to jump at any slight decline in price. By end of Q4, should be at a much higher price level... | ||||

closer to Q4 results, price should surge past $1.50. Last year Q4 results were in heavy loss, dragging down the full year EPS. So in comparison, the 2018 results would be way much better compared to 2017 full year results. Final Dividends should be ~2 cents based on company' s dividend policy. | ||||
