x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I bought both CAPL and sembmarine subsequently. Sembmarine at 3.97, and sold all at 4.08-4.09 today. Brother, dont ever hold stock until reach the 20% target. That will only give you 20%. If you follow K% up and down, you will earn double when share price appreciate 20% which means 40%. AKANG DATANG !!! danger      ( Date: 28-May-2014 11:30) Posted: Speaking at the Asian Monetary Policy forum,  MAS Managing Director Ravi Menon, said that Singapore&rsquo s property cooling measures have largely succeeded in keeping prices stable and moderated risk-taking behaviour. He added that the measures were introduced in a &lsquo highly unusual situation&rsquo and will not likely stay in place once the global and local economies stabilises. This is a big announcement coming from the man in charge of Singapore&rsquo s financial regulatory body. We will have to wait and see how his comments will affect the property market here. The market has been on a slight decline in the last five months.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Keppel price stucked cos it has too much diversified subsidiary which caused margin is dropping. Sembcorp Marine is quite stable with its margin. If you see monthly or weekly charts, it is already bottomed. Anyway, just capture the low and sell high to take profit in each wave. Dont be greedy. China property market may have huge quake in 2nd half year, local gov debt issue will be raised from Aug onwards which may affect market sentiment.   danger      ( Date: 28-May-2014 11:26) Posted: Ok alright . I mention in the morning to sell the rest depends on the charts, however I was not able to sell at day high 3.22 yesterday and notice the trend changed after hitting 3.22 and then quickly off loaded the rest 50% at 3.19. Anyway we all made $$ during this wave. RSI is now 53, k% is 81, MACD crossed down. This is bearish sign. Need to monitor few more days to confirm. Better off load all and track hourly chart to confirm buy opportunity. Today' s hourly chart is very weak too. It may fall further to 3.1 tomorrow. Whether it will continue to fall or U turn, we have to monitor hourly chart closely.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Monthly chart shows Upper BBands at 3.98 and Lower BBands at 2.58.PSAR is at 3.36, MACD at -0.07/0.05, RSI at 50.11, K%/D% at 21.98/12.84. As long as the price could not overtake PSAR this or next month (due to good catalyst), we may see share price to pull back to 2.8-2.9 range again which is quite likely. After forming double bottom, it will head to 3.8/4 gradually. This is only my personal feel based on charts.
