I' m saying that over long term buyback have little effect, the stock will take the direction of up or down depending on the fundamentals.  And this would be determined by several factors, one of which I consider as of key importance is   the mgt' s actions. I just read the financials and look at the news to come to the conclusion that over long term SIA would likely be sold off to foreigners if they continue their illogical ways of biz.
