Anyway, we are starting to have exploitative delisting situations emerging lately (after the Aztech saga) ... big fish eating/exploiting small fish or a bully kind of arrangement!  And the regulators sanction it!  I believe this will further erode investors' trust in the SGX!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yes, agree it' s a bit disappointing and a bit low balling with only ~12% premium to last closing price. But as i know it, Phua is a very shrewd person, so I wasn' t expecting too much and would be surprised if he offered the widely expected $0.25.  Reckon as small investors, what we can do is if we band together to reject (which obviously no one would bother to), or an angel investor (fall from heaven) and buy up the market share to a more fair value and bargain with Phua. In summary, sometimes we really lan lan suck thumb and can only hope some justice be served in the market.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Aztech, Tee, Vard ... all examples. Maybe next is Ezion? Or Noble? Such big priCE difference from last time. Even counters like Pacific Radiance, Triyards, RH Petrogas, Dyna ... etc. Those with potential for growth and can easily be bought over, are good targets for rich investors. Those vested at low price profits while those holding at high price will be at a disadvantage.

No wonder saw some activities there recently. Even if the owner privatise at low price, u still can gain profit if u buy now at low share price  :)
