So far I have never heard of cases against short selling research companies being successful as it?s hard when they have all the possible evidence . The worst thing is this stock is now restricted to cash trading only and buying amount limited in most brokerage thus never touch this stock now . I fore see $1.00 soon . But I haven' t heard of any successful lawsuit.  The 40-page report was released at 1.45 am and shares relisted at 9 am today. After such a long suspension, shouldn' t the company release just after market and allow people to read, think and discuss or a more relaxed period? I wonder how many people read the report in full before trading (either long or short). I still believe my hypothesis that the bulls and bears of BWI haven' t changed their view one bit. Huge surge in profits, but no recovery in sight, this tell a lot Before the short selling companies release their report. BW was at 3.33, it has seen a 50% plunge in a short time span.
