Totally agreed . without a time frame is empty talk . Many report uses target price. like to use short or long term ....LOL their long term means when their TP is hit So many discussion can argue forever.

You reduce right issue, what alternative you have?
Debt - high interest cost, May also get credit rating downgrade Preferential share - dilute existing shareholders Basically there is no free money And how can this not decided before you decide to buy the new company?

Depending on holding period, both can be wrong and right on different days, weeks or months if you know what I mean....say today buy at 2.95 tomorrow or another week could be 3.00 then correct liao, then again today buy at 2.95 tomorrow or another week can be 2.85 then wrong liao

I still maintain that we have a sideways consolidation pattern but after today action I can see a lower bias before any meaningful rally
My view is that in the short term we have further downside before a rally by end of the year and a subsequent further rally ex rights. We need to read market sentiment on SATS and be realistic without any wishful thinking before we can enjoy and profit from the next big rally. Today price action tells us that there in the SHORT TERM there is further downward consolidation ahead for SATS before we can see the intermediate rally This in my opinion takes 3 stages 1. Next few weeks downside consolidation to $2.76 before specific rights price confirmation ( if a rights is required ) 2. After stage 1 expect a rally back to $3 then on to $3.36 3. After that expect a rally post tights settlement to $4.80 |
