Are there any conditions to the MGO?
As per the requirements of the Code, the MGO is conditional upon the Offeror receiving valid acceptances such that the aggregate shareholding of the Offeror Concert Party Group, by the close of the MGO, is more than 50% of the issued Shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
If the aggregate shareholding of the Offeror Concert Party Group is less than or equal to 50% by the close of the MGO, the MGO will not be declared unconditional. The MGO will lapse and all Offer Shares tendered in acceptance of the MGO will be returned to the Shareholders.

Still the same. MGO blocking both way. Price stagnant. Without a test at bottom price to shake weak holders, big players won't push up. Nobody want to be trapped.

Norwegian shipping company Norled has placed an order with Sembcorp Marine for the design and construction of three identical hybrid plug-in roll-on / roll-off (RoPax) passenger ferries.
Norled selected Sembcorp Marine to build three hybrid RoPax ferries
Sembcorp Marine Specialised Shipbuilding head Tan Heng Jack said: &ldquo Sembcorp Marine&rsquo s project with Norled marks our entry into the RoPax ferry design and construction segment.
The vessels will be able to conduct zero-emission operations using lithium-ion batteries at a service speed of 10k. The ferries can use combined battery-diesel hybrid backup modes to operate, if required.
&ldquo We were particularly happy to share with this partner a common understanding of Norled&rsquo s ambition to build innovative new vessels equipped with zero-emissions technology.&rdquo
Deliveries of the ferries were originally scheduled to take place in the last quarter of 2020.
Delivery of the Ropax Ferry should be within days. Tens of millions of cash collection. Sembmarine' s focus in the next 3 months should be to wrap up existing projects to collect all the cash. This will also relieve their immediate manpower constraints.
