 Alert Admin 		Not yet lah.  Imagine 4.5% is about 25mil shares.  Daily volume about 2-3mil shares.  And this is one warrior.  There are at least 10 warriors.
It will take at least 2-3 moonths to clear their stocks with good profits.  What about BB holdings ??
If evryday no volume, I think co will execute share buyback fm their own people.

Okay,   this is probably how it may work...
1) when the Chairman suddenly wakes up and realise that there might be a takeover, he will start accumulating ... then the price will cheong 
2. when it announces its main board listing, there will be another cheong again
3. when it is cum-dividend, it will cheong.... again

you may want to add two more..
4) when it is nearer x-dividends date, it will cheong again...
5) when it announces an interim dividend.... it will rocket cheong again

Aiyoh, the div in itself is good and actually substantial but it pales n comparison (just a fraction) with the other possible avenues of how profits can be derived via other means.
Concerns here :
1.  When Chairman is not worried of any Hostle takeover ??
2.  Transfer to Mainboard taking exceptionally long and no updates ?
3.  Div yet to be approved ?

Europe warns hospitals at breaking point  as third Covid wave hits Germany, France and Poland report soaring infection and death rates amid slow vaccine rollout

  European governments have warned that their hospitals are at risk of being overwhelmed by Covid-19 cases as leaders struggle to get a grip on the pandemic after a week of ill-conceived lockdown measures and recriminations over the EU&rsquo s slow vaccine rollout.

German health authorities on Friday warned that the third wave of coronavirus infections could be the worst, pushing intensive care units to breaking point. Lothar Wieler, head of the Robert Koch Institute, the government agency leading the fight against the pandemic, said stopping the wave was impossible but he called on people to reduce contacts to prevent spiralling infection rates.

The forecasting shows that if the measures are as they are now, the [new case] numbers could reach 100,000 per day&thinsp .&thinsp .&thinsp .&thinsp if this situation is not contained,&rdquo he warned. Health minister Jens Spahn said that the situation, if unchecked, would put hospitals under severe strain. If this continues unabated, we run the risk of our healthcare system reaching its breaking point during the month of April, he said.

Poland&rsquo s prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki said his country&rsquo s hospitals were caring for more Covid-19 patients than at any time in the pandemic and were &ldquo a step&rdquo away from being unable to treat people properly. The health ministry said on Friday that there had been 35,143 new infections in the previous 24 hours in Poland as well as 443 deaths. Intensive care units in France are treating more than 4,700 people with Covid-19, the highest number so far this year and close to the peak of the second wave in November.

France on Friday reported nearly 42,000 people tested positive for the virus with a further 897 deaths. Some 7.2m people have now received their first vaccination. European governments are struggling to contain a surge in new infections driven by the spread of the more transmissible and deadly B.1.1.7 strain, with the public increasingly fed up with coronavirus restrictions and a slow vaccine rollout. 

German chancellor Angela Merkel this week abandoned a draconian lockdown planned for the Easter weekend following a public backlash, issuing a rare apology. Emmanuel Macron was criticised for refusing to take the blame for a surge in infections despite this year rebuffing scientific advisers who said another strict lockdown was essential.

With the pandemic threatening to run out of control, EU leaders have lashed out at AstraZeneca for holding up their vaccination campaigns after failing to deliver promised doses. They spent much of a video summit on Thursday night arguing among themselves on how to share out an advanced delivery of 10m BioNTech/Pfizer jabs. 

EU leaders also gave their tentative backing to tougher restrictions on vaccine exports after the European Commission reported that 77m doses in total had been exported outside the bloc while 88m doses were delivered to its members. Some 21m doses were sent to the UK, EU officials said.

EU capitals are furious that no vaccines have come from the UK in return. Italian prime minister Mario Draghi on Friday accused drug companies of selling more vaccines than they could supply. The impression is that some companies &mdash I won&rsquo t name any names &mdash sold things two or three times, he said. Hopes increased on Friday that AstraZeneca may be able to make up some of the delivery shortfalls after a contractor in the Netherlands was given the go-ahead by the European Medicines Agency to begin supplying its jabs to the EU.

The plant run by Halix has so far been unable to supply the EU with a single dose of AstraZeneca&rsquo s Covid-19 jab, despite being named as a production site in an agreement between the pharma company and the European Commission in August.

Philippines orders more than 25 million people into lockdown over Easter as Covid-19 cases soar

(CNN)Millions of people in the Philippines won' t be celebrating Easter as normal this year after the majority Catholic country imposed a strict lockdown in the capital and nearby provinces.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced the lockdown Saturday after the country reported 9,838 new Covid-19 cases -- the country' s highest single day increase, according to official state media Philippines News Agency.

Philippines has reported more than 720,000 coronavirus cases, including 13,170 deaths, making it one of the worst affected countries in Asia.

The country has seen a steep rise in daily reported cases since February, and the country is now reporting more than 9,000 new cases a day.
There are more than 105,000 active cases, according to the Philippines' Department of Health.
 
More than 25 million people across Metro Manila and nearby provinces Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal will be affected by the lockdown.

The lockdown begins Monday, and runs until April 4 -- or Easter Sunday, a day when Christians often celebrate with special church services. Religious gatherings are not allowed during the holy week.
That' s a blow for the Philippines, where more than 90% of the population are Christian, according to the CIA.
 
The measures include a curfew from 6 p.m. until 5 a.m. -- tightened from the previous 10 p.m. curfew. Gatherings of more than 10 people outside are not allowed, and non-household members cannot gather indoors, the government said.
Diners are not allowed to eat in restaurants, although take-out and delivery services can go ahead.
The Philippine National Police has deployed thousands of officers in checkpoint areas to help enforce the rules, according to a PNA report.
 
Vaccines are being rolled out to medical frontliners, and last week the Department of Health urged people who were not health care workers to refrain from jumping the queue.
 
" Do not worry. Our goal is still to ensure that everybody will be vaccinated. But while we do this, the government is prioritizing healthcare workers as they are the most exposed and the most at risk of getting Covid, National Task Force Against Covid-19 chief implementer and vaccine czar secretary Carlito Galvez said.More vaccines will arrive, we are sure of that. We just have to wait for our turns to be vaccinated.

if taking FY 6.5 cents dividend, 7% payout ratio is peanut?

Dividends is peanuts lah.  Eg for Yang' s 7% is only $2.5mil assuming 6.5 cts div.

the dividend payout is about 6% . do you mean the payout ratio is low?

Instead, they are just taking some minor millions for JV. thats peanuts compared to dividend. 

Pay off Bank Loan imo is something healthy.
