The minimum price of CLIM should be around $2.823 x 1.15 = $3.246, and high side will be $3.67. Besides that, you get $0.951 cash/share, 0.155 shares of CICT. The only part I dislike is the odd lots of CICT, not sure how to sell the share in counts of 10s share. Probably keep the odd lots for dividends. I think this is a fair estimation of what is going to happen to CLIM.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I would not be too surprised that the CLIM shares will trade way above $4.10 even before Q4.   The reasons are quite obvious. 1. End of COVID-19. 2. Singapore Economic recovery and growth to pre-COVID level.   3. Predictability and sustainability of global economic recovery and growth, especially the US, China, India and the EU.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	True investors are few and far in between.   They do their homework well with clear medium to longer term strategic intent based on pure fundamentals and never speculations.   These true investors would most certainly make gains.   How can one tell?   Well the CLIM share is mandated to be priced at $4.10 in Q4.   That' s a given.
