x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	You may be right that this company only wants the shell to shorten the period to get it listed  instead of the tedious process via the IPO route ( it might not even sucessful, u know what I mean). So the best way is to buy an already listed penny stock company and do a RTO. Obviously they may not be interested in what this company is doing and may change  it later on. So in short, they are only interested to get into the stock market as soon as possible for some " reasons" - I am sceptical about the real objective behind, Well, I may be thinking too much but this possibility can not be ruled out. I was bitten during the S chip fiasco many years ago and I am now very cautious about penney stocks especially coming from Chian Companies . This is only my take. DYODD.
