China Fish's offer expires on 10 May. Cermaq's offer expires on 28 May. Meanwhile, Marine Harvest ups stake in Cermaq to 5.44%. Norway parliament's decision this month. Also, wonder which side the shareholders of both Copeinca & Cermaq will incline to? Await ding-dong process to be over... hopefully end of June 水 落 石 出 ?

Marine Harvest ASA (" Marine Harvest" ) has acquired 4,341,000 shares in Cermaq ASA (" Cermaq" ), corresponding to 4.7 per cent of the share capital in Cermaq. The Board of Directors of Marine Harvest has decided that Marine Harvest, if the annual general meeting of Cermaq rejects the proposed equity issues that are necessary to acquire Copeinca ASA (" Copeinca" ), will make a voluntary offer of NOK 105 per share for all outstanding shares of Cermaq. Just for some crude comparison... Cermaq, the company seeking to acquire Copeinca as well, has a PE of ~10x and a PB of 1.39x. China Fish is relatively very cheap!!! |

NTA per share is ~0.38 USD or ~0.47 SGD. Current price of 0.385 is ~18% discount with respect to the NTA. Cheap & growing stock.... good to get & keep it.... |
