Basically tech company is empty shells with no assets so very low asset value, high risk. Don worry too much about NOL sale price, NOL is solid solid brick and mortar comapny plus most likely they under value their asset more than inflate it. 17% of the NOL group already sold for US$1.2B ( APLL divestment), now the whole mother ship is up for grab. THe whole bidding senario is devaju, very high possbility japanese would come in and double up the bid price like what happen in APLL. Anyway japanese got easy access to credit and easy passage of sale through US congress. Only those who buy in bad time reap all the benefit, stock trading take lot of gut and courage. Lady luck only favor the vrave and reckless, the smart and coward just watch with saliva dripping.
