x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	First Quarter 2021 Net profit is Rm 522 million, and with more production lines and current order book filled upto 2021, We can safely assume that the Net profit for FY 2021 would be a minimum Rm 2billion..  And I did a rough calculation, and found that the Net Asset Value is up by 30sen for the first quarter 2021 to about RM 1.22, compared to RM 0.93 last quarter.. As the CEO had earlier said in his last AGM Question and Answer section,  that a total of Rm 300 million will be reserved for expansion cost from 2021 to 2023. And also part of the profit will be reserved for working capital and  the balance would be for dividend.. To be exact, in his own words, " We will raise dividend payout ratio when there is excess Cash " ..  With a whopping Rm 522 million for just the first quarter to cover more than the cost of expansion for 3 years, the second quarter profits would be an excess cash waiting for a big payout dividend for the shareholders..  All those who have been patiently holding the shares will be well rewarded in the coming months..  Happy Investing..

I will take note of that, thanks. cucina      ( Date: 08-May-2021 14:06) Posted: First slide was due to Supermax saying spot price has dropped.   Read from a misanthrope blogger that says Supermax cut out its middleman to maximise its profits, doing lots of spot orders to capitalise on the spiralling prices then.   Little surprise that now she is experiencing lower profits.  Dun think Riverstone prioritise spot over contract prices.   They didn' t hv too much excess capacity to entertain spot orders, there may be some but not the main driver. Secondly, news of Top Gloves gloves stocks being seized by US customs only affected it downwards, just being dragged into the fray. Price came down then, in tandem with these events. Somehow, I feel that because price had moved down, it may rise when the update comes out.   For now, RS is lumped with the rest n over time she may be viewed separately base on her achievements n trajectory, setting her apart from the other glove makers.   CIMB has classify RS as a gem, amongst the other small caps picks.   Time would tell.   zandlery      ( Date: 07-May-2021 23:13) Posted: Hope don't end up like medtec less than expected revenue.
