Today, a more balanced view has emerged : Valuetronics share tumbled yesterday on worries that the company could lose its LED lighting business as a major lighting customer announced intension to restructure their lighting business division. Our analyst says business is usual for now but its customer&rsquo s divisional restructuring bears watching. The uncertainty would no doubt affect volumes and/or profits but as long as it is not an extreme case of a sale to a rival who will instantly impact the entire business line and the related supply chain, existing vendors would have time to adjust. As of now, LED lighting accounted for about 25% of profits. Industrials, which accounted for 60% of profits, continue to grow with more accounts in the pipeline while the remaining 15% of profits are from stable PCBA (shavers, electronic gadgets) business. .

hit a low of 29.5cts beofre bouncing back to 30.5cts..still my favourite will buy back if can really go under 25cts as reported by Kim Eng.Duty Free under Ms Saw fromerly from SMRT nomally when' s she there stocks move after that tanked better avoid.Just like when she joined Auric in May about 2 years ago Auric was 75cts and shot up to $1.45 and now hovering $1.09-1.19

Market mentality.
Buy when you think it's cheap and sell them at super low price when you are trembling thus incurring huge losses. Where's all the principle of investing? You know sharks are out there, why swim towards them. |

When analysts set the TP of above 0.60, I do not believe them, I sold all my Valuetronic share in June/July At average near 0.5, my friend laugh at me when the price shoot up to 0.59 on 24July. I really sympathize those ppl believe analysts any how set the TP of above 0.6, bought this share at very high price. Now the TP is 0.25. Allways do your homework before you invest, share price cannot shoot up about 100% in a short period without good reason, share price should not dip to much also. Now i start to buy this share again, I belive this is a good profit co, give good dividend(average 8.475% for the pass 8 years),no debt, alot of cash in hand. I will not worry about the share price dip further. I will sit & receive dividend every year. I will sell all again if the price shoot up to more than 0.45 & I will buy more when price is less than 0.30
