You can change CeO CFO COO the auditors...even the boss to me also not much use...
You need to change business strategies... Come up with so many "projects" even all the way to nigeria.... and is there a follow up or so called monetization of "projects" ?

what is yuuzoo ? What is its products and services ? Where is its innovations ? Where is its markets ? Singapore ? Nigeria ? China ? Indonesia ? Is it social media ? I go to their website....sees some social postings.... i feel even some local bloggers and here sharejunction seems " more active participation"... do u realize sharejunxtions a lot of ads ? : ) |

if there is no alibaba deal...i think might drop to below 10c.....just hope that Mr TZ and their management will do something about it ,not just using their mouth to say they are under valued... |

why would alibaba wanna invest a company that is not cash generating....if alibaba wanna do tie up....with its name..no need invest in yuuzoo..tons of company would line up....today STI is green but pennies stock all drop like crazy...singapore stock mkt gonna crash isit... |

Alibaba and even their smallest subsidairy i think will not touch or invest in yuuzoo. Why ? Cos of yuuzoo nigeria lottery business. Any whistle blower to say alibaba is associated with online gambling shall cause jackie ma lots of unneccesary troubles with the politics

They already recorded in their book the full value of their investment based on their model. No need to wait for all their deal to come true. Revenue already fully recognised in book. So they just need to keep signing deals, record full value and WAIT for paper to turn into notes. Question is will they turn into dollar notes or hell notes. |

Alibaba didnt invest in yuuzoo. Alibaba subsidiary just give a little bit "bread crumbs"almost negligible.
Lazada that is called investment. You know what is HOT now in China ? DiDiKuaiChe will be bigger than Uber or already is. Wechat going to big. I see decline in Xiaomi. As for yuuzoo , let its nigeria lottery do its talking 1st. You partnership with nigeria lottery and no meat ? What is the revenue like ? Does anyone here have yuuzoo apps ? If no, why not ? : )

I don' t think yuuzoo' s business model is new to the world. There are a lot of similar e commerce companies world wide. Just adopting the same accounting policy with others, making it transparent to everyone isn' t very hard. Don' t know why the management and auditor caught such a hard time on this.... haiz.... |

Yuuzoo will be dragging this auditor issue till end year when they have no choice becos they need to do audit. In the meantime, let the nice song continue. Expectation for Q2 Revenue $42.5mil but Yuuzoo will beat this with $49.5mil. Franchise + Network contribute $18mil. E-comm contribute $31.5mil GP $18mil NP $16ml (including $1.4mil payment from IAH, I assume this is in cash form!) Operating Cashflow of -$300k but turned positive with IAH repayment. (talk about this one later.) This bugger no need to pay tax becos most earning paper money. When Yuuzoo extended loan to IAH it wasn' t recorded in their income statement. So I will be looking out for whether Yuuzoo record IAH repayment in their income statement as a mean to push up earnign figures. $1.4mil isn' t alot but it said alot about their accounting practise. Will my forecast come true. Let see. |
