US$ drop from RMB 6.50 at 31dec2017 to RMB 6.27 at 31march2018, so give a forex loss of RMB 141 million in 1Q 2018 result. 2Q 2018 Ship Building Profit = US$88 million (under-estimated) 2Q 2018 pay 4.5c dividend S$178.60 million and share buyback S$12.18 million = S$191 million = US$140 million So YZJ has US$ account+cash flow = 635 + 88 - 140 = US$583 million in 2Q 2018. US$ up from RMB 6.27 at 31march2018 to RMB 6.61 at 30june2018, so Forex Gain Profit = RMB 208 million in 2Q 2018 result.

Small ships each US$25 million, so each big ship US$75  million. June2018 New order 2 x 2400 TEU container total US$0.058 billion  from SITC, 2 x 208,000 dwt large bulkers each US$0.0485 billion  x 2 = US$0.097 billion from New York-based Mangrove Parners, 2 x  82000 dwt bulker each US$27 million x2 = US$0.054 billion from    Mitsui & Co., Ltd. So YZJ 2Q 2018 new order = 0.578 + 0.058 + 0.097 + 0.054 = US$0.787 billion = US$787 million. 2Q 2018 Ship Building Revenue (Downpayment) = 10% x US$787  million = US$78 million at 10% downpayment --------------------------------------------- Reported 04june2018 delivered 8 small ship 10 big ships in  apr,may2018, june2018 delivered at least 1 small ship, so about  (9 x 25) + (10 x 75) = US$975 million. 2Q 2018 Ship Building Revenue (Delivered) = 50% x US$975 million  = US$487 million under YZJ progressing payment at least 50% on  delivery. --------------------------------------------- Minimum ongoing ship building each quarter is about 10 small  ships or more, each US$25 million, each 3 quarter or 9 month to  build. 2Q 2018 Ship Building Revenue (Ongoing) = 10% x 10 x US$25  million = US$25 million at 10% progressive payment. --------------------------------------------- 2Q 2018 Ship Building Revenue Total = Downpayment + Delivered +  Ongoing = 78 + 487 + 25 = US$590 million = RMB 3900 million  (under-estimated) **Under-estimated because 4Q 2017 YZJ delivered only 5 large  ships 1 small ship and Ship Building Revenue Total already RMB  4347 million** --------------------------------------------- YZJ profit margin small ship 10% to 30% big ship, so even using    lower 15% = 0.15 X US$590 million = US$88 million = RMB 584  million Ship Building Profit (under-estimated) at least at US$  6.61 RMB on 30june2018 book close.
