x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If all goes smoothly, can we assume SCI shareholders to own at least 427 SMM shares for every 100 SCI shares they own? E.g. If one own 1000 SCI shares and SMM share price Ex. Rights is say $0.50, after SCI distribution in specie value for SMM to be (427*0.5)*10 = 2135.00?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	cannot value like that, best if calculate based on price to earning ratio (assume it trades 10x) or price to book (maybe trade at 0.8x with 20% discount). Then add the special dividend SMM shares which is about 80c-$1.20. But i agree fair price is around $2.50.
