Personnelly i prefer NOL to halt trading and go into winding up it container business, selling off everything. long time investors would maximise their return this way since NOL have a big list of valuable non core asset which made up the supple chain it provided to US/Japan. Biggest losers in this senario would be employee and exporters.

NO definitive trend when trader can make big buck, it all the coffee money now.
