Not sure intention of bring down the price but i think logically if there are firm bids, i think high chance will take place and just a matter of price. And some more is GLP, a good company and earning growings. If they do not strike a deal now, it is highly unlikely this will happen again in future becos for any future budding, the rules of the game will change and will not favor the chinese this much anymore. So it is now or never
