x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	From AGM minutes, management said they had no dividend policy and dividend given in appreciation of support of investors investing in genS. Given current unervalue of stock price and heavy shorting, current dividend most likely retained with no regard for  profit.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Genting faces some competition from Marina South and I foresee MBS becoming even stronger and also there will be disruption to the Genting area when Harbour front undergoes redevelopment, at least for the next 3-5 years. And unless our tourism board can find ways to ramp up tourists especially PRCs, if not given the same pie, now the pie is dividend into more portions, Genting will face huge problems. Why die die want to hold on to this falling knife when there are many trees out there? Yes, they have the e-commerce etc but they are basically now living off property rental income as a lifeline for the otherwise loss making business. Yes, they have the e-commerce etc but they are basically now living off property rental income as a lifeline for the otherwise loss making business.
