Dividends aside, maybe he think that going private is better for the company in the longer term both in getting funding and investment wise. jUst my opinion

Honestly, he could just privatised the company but given the millions of dividends his getting, it is more than enough for him to retire with mountains of cash. Do you know that he collected 25 cents per share about 18 months ago?

Dbs target price is $0.85 as of April taking into account the covid-9. Predict hi-p may register a small loss is Q1. We don?t know the results yet Bec it change to half yearly reporting .
