Another 6% is required to make it 90% and mandatory takeover/suspension/delisting. 6% is about 48m shares, which is about equal to the cumulative volume traded over the past 3 days, excluding today. I' m sure at least 3% of the outstanding shares are held by friendly parties. Why anyone would want to short this stock is beyond comprehension but I' m buying for an imminent takeover at 1.30 or more.
