x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	In my opinion, having a close to 30% stake in the company is .......not really what I want to see.  To me UMS just want to control the company with minimum  cash  to help in furthering the biz of itself (UMS).  People who own companies would know what I mean.  JEP will have increase revunue, but their margin will likely be undercut by their " Main Contractor" UMS.  So don' t expect JEP to have the kind of profit margin as UMS.  If UMS is serious about JEP, why not take it private?
