x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If one is to link the recent MOU's then it can point to a framework from extraction to OEM production, ISR signed another MOU with China extraction company. The last key in the puzzle is 3rd report on which there is yet to be any update. If operation continues without further convertible bonds announcememt and further funding happens on fair grounds to the retail shareholders then this is good news...just a guess so DYODD
