x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Actually whatever the result okay to me Made 2 rounds in 2 days ( that's why my name RoundRound ......LOL). Friday sold 16.4c bought a few pips lower. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The losses is due to the recognition of the Angio Score litigation judgement expenses of usd $20.4 mil.   The company as recognised entire sum being damages awarded against the CoMpany, TriReme Medica , LLC, Quattro Vascular Pte Ltd and the CEO.   Anyway the Company is trying to appeal against the judgement of State law Claims in 3Q2015.   If the Company appeals succesfully, then they can recognise other income. Good that all negative news are flush out.

Those CB investor will hold 15.5% of the enlarged share capital upon conversion.  No point for acquirer to pay extra for the remaining 85% what it is due to the CB investors. This is irrespective of whether the Investors have converted their Bonds into Shares prior thereto. So whether they have convert or not, they still get 2x principle in the event of QEE.  So any no reason not to convert.  Also based on the number of issued shares, $75mil equate to 13cts/share.  This can be easily achieve based on current market price.  So the CB investors is pretty much guaranteed a windfall. The problem is really for those who are stuck at 40-50cts.  Unless they have average down, then they can hardly recoup their loss. For M& A I think 30cts is not an unrealistic expectation. FDA for its DCB shold be bext year.  Eaxcty when no idea. Anyway, Q3 results should be out next week.  Not expecting firework but QTV may surprise.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If i am not wrong they need to pay CB holders double then conversion price of 0.128 so around S$0.30 should be minmum to start negotiating. Since the founder has some personal legal issues (there is a court judegment againts him which requires him to surrender all profit an benifit he obtianed from his invention which is QT acquired from him to his ex-employer which he is appealing). Any adverse judgement would not effect QT as it only involve his personal income but not sure what would be his action. It make sense for him to sale the company and use the moeny to fight the legal issues.
