x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	HK market has even bigger market cap requirement to be listed. Osim was undervalue, hence like many other big companies they chose to voluntary delist to get out of SGX board. So opposite of Cacola, they won't send you anything as shareholder as private company now. If you gether some number of shreholders, probably SGX will hear you out. Quantity of shares is no longer important now, its the public that SGX will look after. Contacting the company as some suggested will be wasting your time, their registered address is China, good luck to that. The only party that can help the miniority and retail shareholders is SGX in pressurising a reasonable offer if theres any money left in the company bank account.  You will never gather 51 percent voting rights. Last year they issued 1 billion shares to debtors on debt to equity conversions. These debtors like us who vested curse and swear by now. I doubt theres any value in the fatory, just look thru their past annual reports, no photos of factory and products and report number of holding empolyees. Very hard to say whether the CHina  factory is functioning properly.
