Pursuant to the regulatory guidance by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (" SGX-ST" ) released on 19 October 2012, the Board of Directors (" Board" ) of China Hongxing Sports Limited (" Company" ) wishes to provide an update regarding the Company&rsquo s trading suspension. 2. The Board refers to the Company&rsquo s announcement released on 29 August 2014 that the Company was not in a position to and will not be proceeding with the TRP. 3. The Board is currently undertaking a review to evaluate all strategic options available to the Company. 4. The Company will make further announcements as and when there are further developments in this respect or as required by relevant laws, regulations and guidelines.

Pursuant to the regulatory guidance by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (&ldquo SGX-ST&rdquo ) released on 19 October 2012, the Board of Directors (&ldquo Board&rdquo ) of China  Hongxing Sports Limited (&ldquo Company&rdquo ) wishes to provide an update regarding the Company&rsquo s  trading resumption proposal (&ldquo TRP&rdquo ).  2. The Board refers to the Company&rsquo s announcement released on 27 February 2014 in relation  to the extension of time granted by SGX-ST for the Company to implement its TRP by 30  September 2014.  3. The Company wishes to announce that the Board has been informed by the management of  the Company&rsquo s subsidiaries in the People&rsquo s Republic of China (&ldquo PRC Subsidiaries&rdquo ) that due  to the challenging economic conditions, the PRC Subsidiaries do not have the financial  resources and other resources to meet the conditions for the resumption of trading of the  Company&rsquo s shares.  4. In the circumstances, the Company is not in a position to and will not be proceeding with the  TRP. The Board will undertake a review to evaluate all strategic options available to the  Company.  5. The Company will make further announcements as and when there are further developments  in this respect or as required by relevant laws, regulations and guidelines. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yes Yes Yes Never ever trust the S chips. It was very very hot few years ago and many were caught and burned their fingers. I was one of them. At that time, almost every other month one of the S chips will have scandal and then trading halted followed by suspension. Since then I never touch it no matter how good anyone  (even analysts) has said about it. I remember at that time few of the forumers were very happy to accumulate and sung praise of how easy and good to trade S chips and make money, but at the end they were the ones being hard hit by it and disappeared . Likely run road man!!!
