If this is the case, mgmt should learn from SATS to give out dividend.. SATS price has gone up 10% since then?.. Need not be big amount, say 1 cent = $10 which is only $32M, this will show that the company is confident that recovery is on track.  If they feel generous enough, maybe $15-$20 per lot, after all if the share price goes or shoot up, they need not initiate any SBB liao, which there is a huge amount unused to-date.
