Exactly my thoughts all the hype about e-commerce on MCP seems to fizzle out I think the dampener is the 50-1 share consolidation and placement priced at 0.40 on TOP of that no attempt to push up share price to attract placement take up looks like this is going to be a Long haul

losing patient on this counter so lousy even affter IPO in feb and the halted announment last week px did not go up but down somemore. artivision time ard 0.009 - 0.011 range which translate to abt 45c -55c. now even more jia liat at 41/42c range. worse then before pre-consodilation arti time. feel like selling all n give up. now market still go n this still at low px what happen if US side has a correction of 10-20% ?

Further to the Placement Announcement, the Board is pleased to announce the completion of the Proposed Placement (" Placement Completion" ), pursuant to which 10,000,000 Placement Shares were allotted and issued in accordance with the terms of the Placement Agreement. Following Placement Completion, the total issued share capital of the Company had increased from 262,248,881 Shares to 272,248,881 Shares. The Placement Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Shares, save that they do not rank for any dividend, rights, benefits, entitlements, allotments or other distributions, the record date of which falls on or before the date of issue of the Placement Shares.
