just wait for it to be less than $1.00. maybe $0.90......domestic mall revenue and profit dropping every year and international mall margin is very low. But the valuation has to be much lower in the future. e-commence is NOT going to help much as this segment may not even breakeven for years to come!!!

Its just a matter of going through the right approval.. This marks ryde only? No way, all the other sharing apps will come in.. Dilution will come, as usual, Singpost will suffer as it is previously a monopoly, now having to compete which they just not used to... Old ppl, same style will not work. Results speaks for itself.. Trade below 20 to 30% nav, then it should be re-looked at.

Ryde expands into on-demand courier service with RydeSEND By: Samantha Chiew 15/08/18, 03:58 pm SINGAPORE (Aug 15): Drivers of ride-hailing platform Ryde will be able to earn extra income with RydeSEND, its very own on-demand courier service. To be launched on Sept 3, users of RydeSEND will be able to deliver small items such as documents, parcels, flowers or packed food within 60 minutes. However, the packages cannot be heavier than 20kg or bigger than 70cm by 50 cm by 50cm. |

hmm..always buy some when low, sell some when high, keep some n do some charities. long run target hit shortists.. when low..shortists rush out, let them run for a while..we slowly take some on the way, like that no need to see chart, so far so good..maximize effect to whack shortists. then some charities. So far work very well for SP & many stocks. Next quarter, SP may b able to whack shortists again. How hard..have not decide yet. Dun know why one foreign monkey approach us..want to join forces with us

Based on 3.5 cents dividend and yield of 4%, it should be priced at 25 x 3.5 cents = $0.875 only.

SP net cash was only $130 mil or 5% of current market cap (at $1.20 share price). Dividend = 3.5 cents (last FY) Boustead net cash was $195 mil or 50% of current market cap (at $0.785 share price). Dividend = 3.0 (last FY). Book order for Boustead has picked up strongly in 2017, implying that 2018 should be a good year.
