It seems till now they can' t find a buyer at all, otherwise they would have mentioned in previous announcements that negotiation is going on with an interested party and/or have received a  bidding from interessted party. So far silent as the grave on the proposed divestments.

Cash & equivalents as of 30 Sept 17 $230,287,000 (includes restricted cash of 70m). If the disposal of factory at Tuas is successful then will receive cash of 95,000,000. I don' t think Hyflux got money comfortably to redeem the 400m of CPS and need to borrow money from banks or else they need to pay 8% interest.   All in all, Hyflux is heavily in debt situation. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The bonus new share given is 10:1 Sorry, but I will not bite. 2:1 would be good, 1:1 ideal. I remembered when F & N split, its 1:2 for FCL shares. Then again, we have to consider the value of the given stock too, unfortunately too much work to do, night as well skip it altogether.
