Probabloy STA Sing to move up to test the $1.75 on e again before end sept snd probably breaking above it. STA Thai still a short term laggard but more inclined to the upside towards 2nd quarters result release on 14 August. A signal close above 26.00 baht is technically a short term key reversal. STA Sing has already gone ahead of STA Thai in its short term price recovery. Medium to Long term technicators are still relatively well held at current prices without signs of any breakdowns by assessing its lmedium to long term moving averages. As such, any short term correction is healthy to correct mkt excessess before the next rise. A buy and hold purchase for medium to long investors before 1st half June 2021 on strong earnings from STGT and bottoming out of rubber prices this year. Lets HUAT together.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The report recently? limjoeseph      ( Date: 04-Aug-2020 05:30) Posted: Finanasia Thailand one of the lead underwriters for STGT with TP at 111 Baht having given out analyst report in July with a potential earnings for STGT potential for the whole of 2020 year at estimated 4.26 Billion Baht. By extrapolating 1st quarter gloves profit for STA gloves before IPO on 2 July at 375 million Baht, 2nd quarter profit estimated at 1.295 Billion Baht. (4.26 billion less 0.37 billion = 3.885 divided by 3 quarters to derive ar 1.295 billion baht. But to be on the safe side, my I estimate 2nd quarters STA gloves division profit at 2 times of 1st quater to deruve at estimated profits of 750 million Baht coupled with decent profits derived from rubber division at half of 1st quarters profit at 188 million baht plus 94 million baht from joint venture businesses to derive at 943 million baht which will exceed 1st quarter profit of 845 million. My estimated 2nd quaters profit to be released on 14 August is on the conservative end. As such, I consider STA Thai is way undervalued relative to their potential earnings. Finasia has a TP given out in June at 42.50 Baht with analyst report given out in June. As such STA is a buy and hold until 1st half June 2021 viewing STA is extremely discounted to STGT price at current levels. Please do your own due diligence!!!
