Agreed. Very irresponsible. If you do have proof, do us longists a favour by sending it to Medtecs IR and requesting them to provide an update via SGXnet if there is any substantial news going on nevertheless I doubt you even need to do it because by law Medtecs themselves would already do it to avoid any issues.
