Nuclei test supposed to pick up active cases - if it missed 48% of positive cases then it really has a problem. These medic counters do not say much so market also dont know what is going on.  If countries predict there will be a 2nd wave coming - they will need to stock up these test kits fast hence the demand can shoot 20 to 50 times. Did recal USA was trying to force SG to send all 3M face mask there? Abit of patience - counters like Riverstone just move without tell tale signs - many inc myself missed the boat.
