This selldown could be attributed to that article and earlier i gave my take on Falcon' s bonds. It is not difficult to save Falcon but management did not share a lot to calm investor' s fears or response to the Straits Time article. The $50mio bonds are not a big issue. The keppel rigs are the headache and Keppel had been giving longer grace to foreign customers so i hope Falcon will also benefit from it. Hope all of us will see daylight soon.

Can anyone foresee the unknown? Is the unknown unique to feg shares only? Like you ownself say, no one saw Swiber coming!!!   Want safe dont trade shares lor, put in fd/sgs bonds. Risk reward ratio, u think its worth it, then buy lor. Are other O& G& M earnings and cash flow good? Worst than close shop? I stated earlier that the big white elephant is the performance gaurantee for those rigs.   FEG recently announced that they are out for 3 of the 4 rigs.   This is a very positive news but stil the price tanked further.   My take is that marker view is that their debt alone can kill them liao.   Those performance gaurantee simply ensure the dead is truly dead. Anyway, gd luck with this one.   Hope it turns out of expectation
