x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I feel capitaland is a super hot pick at the moment. One of the lowest p/e ratios among all blue chips and consistent stream of revenues which show no sign of decline. TP on the average is 4.30, some 30% off its current price. Loaded 50,000 shares myself, i believe that there is a lot of value left in this company.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	0830 GMT [Dow Jones] OCBC reiterates its ' Buy' recommendation on CapitaLand (C31.SG) with an unchanged fair value estimate of S$4.07 after the Singapore-listed developer announces a new project in Vietnam. CapitaLand says it has formed a joint venture in Vietnam to build a residential project worth US$150 million. " We are overall positive on this development and note that the group' s projects in Vietnam have seen decent sell-through to date," OCBC says. CapitaLand and Vietnam' s Thien Duc Trading Construction Co. will develop a prime site in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The project will comprise about 1,000 homes. CapitaLand gives up bigger gains from Wednesday morning and is now up 0.7% at S$2.79. By comparison, the local benchmark FTSE Straits Times Index is up 1.4%. ([email protected])

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	CapitaLand Limited: Expands presence in Vietnam The group has entered into a JV with Thien Duc Trading Construction Co Ltd (Thien Duc) to develop a prime site in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. CAPL will hold an 80% stake in the JV and the project value of the upscale residential development is estimated to be US150m (S$211m). The 2.0ha site is located at the fringe of the city centre and is 10 mins away from the future CBD in Thu Thiem peninsula. It is also close to key transportation links including Long Thanh-Dau Giay Highway, East-West Highway and Hanoi Highway. We are overall positive on this development and note that the group&rsquo s projects in Vietnam have seen decent sell-through to date. The Vista is 92% sold as at end Jun15, and the group sold 389 homes (~US68m) in Vietnam in 1H15. This will be the CAPL&rsquo s seventh residential project in Vietnam and will increase the group&rsquo s residential portfolio in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to over 7.5k units. As at end 2Q15, the group&rsquo s total asset exposure to Vietnam is S$618m. Maintain BUY with an unchanged fair value estimate of S$4.07.
