x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SINGAPORE (Jan 8): Deutsche Bank is upgrading Golden Agri-Resources to "buy" from "hold" and raising its target to $0.42 from $0.37, saying that the worst is likely over for the palm producer. Increased demand for palm oil in Indonesia for blending with fuel, and lower supply due to dry weather, has set the stage for a potential rally in crude palm oil prices in the second half of the year, Deutsche Bank says. The bank says it views any weakness in Golden Agri's shares as a buying opportunity.
