They are mostly the big institutions like JPM, Credit S, Morgan S, etc plus some appointed individuals at very fine comm? I believe since they are the appointed ones, they have the muscles to create the ' chart' to make money for themselves. Hence, that explains why the " short sellers" are so BOLD.

On the other hand, if the retailers are still not sucked in yet, they will continue to push the share price higher &   then implement ' distribution' once retailers chase higher prices.

But after the rebound, price may move lower again (but don' t think the low of 0.132) before finally moving about the 50 MA which we Bros are waiting for to resume the uptrend! So during the next 1 to 3 weeks, movement may be a bit boring.
