But at this point in time when investors are jittery of where the stock market is going, the company selling off millions of their own shares at a time will definitely affect investor confidence.  Could KrisEnergy be preparing for lower prices to come? If KrisEnergy continues selling, how is the price going to rise further? If First Venture deems they need to offload 1% or 2% for some apparent reasons, it does not stop Kris energy going forward in its venture and businesses at all. Their business is largely depends on Oil prices and sales profits generated thereafter. Correct me if I am wrong with my statement. This company got a strong backup from Keppel corporation and temasek holdings limited is deemed interest of 39.89%. Kris Enery holdings owns 34.96% and first reserve is deemed interest of 34.96% On 24/8/2017, Kris Energy has appointed Kelvin Tang as new chief operating officer.
