x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It is not about news but more of liquidity,, at that time ( ard Aug / sept)  the fed would have slow down it buying of bond so mkt may stalk or correct, but it is  not of news,,  At the end of the day,, market depend on liquidity,, and supply and demand,, not all on news,, so more stimulus more liquid and more demand for stock. so u see bad news or riot of whatever also it soar..those news already anticipated by mkt and already price in.. most people still think news affected the mkt the most,,  Only those out of a sudden big bad news,, like War,, Big bank bankrupt etc,,other than that. it will not..affect mkt a single bit.. As for construction, it will take long to get the ball rolling.
