x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Worth adding if one were to look at this APPT vs that of a property reit where there is constant dilution of dpu due to issuance of new units (or rights issue) to finance purchases.  Add to that, the manager of the property reit gets a half-percent fee for every purchase or disposal.
